I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of adults (18+) living with OCD, Depression/Anxiety, Grief and Life Transitions. My approach is integrative—blending nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, psychotherapy and medication management into a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences. I follow a unique treatment model where I only see one client each hour allowing for unrestricted time to fully engage in your needs. All of my sessions incorporate medication management with psychotherapy as we collaborate together to address your mental health concerns. I approach each session with compassion, openness and curiosity. Together, we’ll look closely at what drives your anxiety, explore mood patterns, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and work on changing addictive or self-defeating behaviors. We’ll set clear goals early and check in regularly to celebrate progress and refine your path forward.
