I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the care of adults (18+) living with OCD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and Treatment Resistant Depression/Anxiety. My approach is integrative—blending nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, psychotherapy, and medication management into a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
